Oversaw the installation and show operation of NVIDIA’s audiovisual environment at Supercomputing 2025, supporting product demos, presentations, and live programming throughout the exhibit.

The setup included a full overhead lighting grid with moving fixtures, a large-format LED presentation wall, microphones, distributed audio, and a live theatre running presentations throughout each show day. I managed a 15-person install crew, a 15-person strike crew, and three dedicated show-day operators.

The program also included a live appearance and speech by NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang, which required tight coordination across lighting, audio, video, and presentation systems.
