Led the planning and on-site execution of audiovisual production for DEVELON’s large-scale outdoor activation at CONEXPO 2026.

The setup included three LED walls, a full line-array audio system, multiple wireless RF units, camera systems with wireless video transmission, and programmed content playback. I managed a 25-person union crew through the build and installation, then oversaw a six-person show crew responsible for daily operation and support.
