Served as Production Manager for Playboi Carti and his team, handling artist logistics, technical coordination, and on-site production from arrival through show time.

Managed transportation to and from the venue, coordinated directly with festival operations, and made sure the stage package, scenic elements, and performance props were delivered, loaded in, and set correctly. Worked with the pyro and special effects teams to confirm placement, testing, and show readiness.

Oversaw soundcheck to make sure all artist specs were met across audio, staging, and the rest of the production setup.
