Served as Lead LED Engineer for a multi-room conference production, overseeing the load-in, build, programming, and system configuration of 15 LED displays across three separate event spaces.

I coordinated directly with the agency and show operators to ensure each display was properly integrated into the larger video and show-control workflow, with content, signal paths, and system configurations aligned across all three rooms.

Once the event was live, I remained on site as the standby systems engineer, monitoring the LED infrastructure, troubleshooting as needed, and ensuring consistent performance throughout the duration of the show.
